1. Scope
This policy applies to yonoku.com, the Yonoku public demo environment, support communications and licensing interactions for Listing Wizard for HivePress.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message content, screenshots and technical details that you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, private API keys or other secrets through support email.
3. Website and server data
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps and security logs. This data is used for operation, security and troubleshooting.
4. Checkout and payments
Commercial checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, receipts and subscription billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the checkout provider and merchant-of-record service. Yonoku does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details on this website.
5. Licensing
When a license is activated, refreshed or deactivated, the software may communicate information required for license verification, such as the license key, site URL or site instance identifier and license status, with the licensing service.
6. Public demo
The public demo is provided for evaluation only. Demo content may be reset or removed without notice. Do not submit real personal, confidential, financial or sensitive information to the demo environment.
7. Embedded video and third-party services
The product page embeds the demonstration video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. When you choose to load or play embedded third-party content, that provider may process technical information according to its own privacy terms.
8. Analytics and advertising
Yonoku uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and product interactions, such as demo visits, video engagement and checkout-button clicks. Analytics may process technical information such as browser and device details, approximate location, referring or campaign information, pages visited and interaction events. We do not intentionally send support-message content, passwords, payment-card details or license keys to Google Analytics.
Where the website presents analytics choices, you can continue with essential site functions only or allow analytics measurement. Yonoku does not currently use advertising pixels on the public product website.
9. Retention
Support communications and operational records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
10. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided directly to Yonoku, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate record-keeping obligations.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small software business. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, website or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
13. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to support@yonoku.com.
